Abstract Submission Guidelines

  • The Scientific Program Committee invite you to submit your abstract for INASCRS Meeting 2015.
  • Click image bellow to find out the Abstract Submission Form.
  • All abstracts must be submitted in English and will only be accepted online. Other forms of submission e.g. by post, email or fax will NOT be accepted.
  • The Selection Committee strongly recommends authors to submit their abstracts as early as possible in order to avoid online submission congestion. 
  • Once the abstract is submitted, it can be revised and completed resend the new one on website until closure of submissions at 5.00 pm 30 December 2014.
  • Late submissions will not be considered.
  • Enquiries regarding abstracts for the INASCRS Meeting should be emailed to inascrs@gmail.com  with subject : Abstract Enquiries..

Submission of Abstracts

Submissions of the following scientific contribution are welcome:

  • Oral Presentations
  • Format file name should be: Name of Author_title Abstract.doc (.docx)

Deadline

Deadline for abstract submission is 5.00 pm  30 December 2014.

Author

  • Author will be the presenting and is expected to register to attend the INASCRS Meeting.
  • The email address of the author provided in the abstract submission form must be correct.
  • Notification of acceptance and abstract-related correspondence will be sent by email to author.

Abstract Submission Details

  • Abstract content (excluding title, authors and affiliations) should include the following headings: Purpose, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.
  • The abstract must not exceed 250 words.
  • Abstracts are to be submitted in Microsoft Word format only and in the template provided on the website.
  • Only abstracts submitted in English will be reviewed.
  • Do not include graphs, tables, images and references within the abstract.
  • It is the author’s responsibility to submit an abstract with correct spelling and grammar. The Selection Committee, however, reserves the right to edit the abstract if it has significant spelling and grammatical mistakes.
  • Acknowledgement of abstract submission will be sent by email to presenting author. 
  • If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours of submission, please check first in the Junk email or Spam email, If not, contact the Meeting Secretariat by email: inascrs@gmail.com within subject : Abstract Submission.
  • Notification of acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be sent on the  5 January 2014

Terms & Conditions

  • The submission of an abstract indicate an understanding of the following rules of participation in INASCRS Meeting 2015.
  • All author(s) approve submitting this work for presentation.
  • The author(s) transfer(s) all copyright ownership of the named abstract to the INASCRS Meeting.
  • Submitted abstracts will be peer-reviewed by the Selection Committee. The review process is confidential and decisions are final.
  • The Scientific Program Committee cannot guarantee the request of oral presentation and reserves the right to assign the format of presentation.
  • The Author(s) agree(s) to materially confine their presentations to information in the abstract if accepted for presentation; if an author has more than one abstract accepted, each presentation will be materially confined to the information in the abstract selected for the specific session.
  • At least one author will be available to present the abstract if selected for the program. The authors will immediately notify the INASCRS Meeting Secretariat if they are unable to present an abstract or if the presenting author is changed.
