Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel concerned upon check out. If accommodation deposits are not received before 15 January 2013  your room will be released back to the hotel. The Meeting Secretariat does not take responsibility for accommodation if deposits are not received by this date.

Cancellations

Should you wish to cancel your accommodation booking, you must do so in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Cancellation requests received by 15 January 2013 will receive a refund of the deposit paid. Delegates who advise of cancellation on or after 15 January 2013 will forfeit the full deposit amount plus the ‘no-show' rate as set by the hotel. The 'no show' rate is calculated by multiplying the hotels per night 'no show-rate' by the number of nights booked. Please ensure that accommodation dates are correct at time of booking.

Early arrival

Some international flights arrive in Jakarta in the very early morning. As check in at most hotels is not until 12.00 am, it is possible that your room may not be ready for immediate occupation on your early arrival. Whilst hotels will do everything possible to accommodate early arrivals, if you wish to be guaranteed immediate occupation you can pay an extra day’s tariff for the night before you are due to arrive. If you wish to take this precaution, please advise the Meeting Secretariat on the registration form so we can notify the hotel that your room is required early.

Late arrival

Please indicate if you will arrive at your hotel after 18.00. Failure to do so might result in your room being released.

TOURS

Taman Mini Indonesia Indah

Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) or "Beautiful Indonesia Miniature Park" (literally translated) is a culture-based recreational area located in East Jakarta, Indonesia. It has an area of about 250 acres (1.0 km2).

The park is a synopsis of Indonesian culture, with virtually all aspects of daily life in Indonesia's 26 (in 1975) provinces encapsulated in separate pavilions with the collections of Indonesian architecture, clothing, dances and traditions are all depicted impeccably. Apart from that, there is a lake with a miniature of the archipelago in the middle of it, cable cars, museums, Keong Emas Imax cinema, a theater called the Theatre of My Homeland (Theater Tanah Airku) and other recreational facilities which make TMII one of the most popular tourist destinations in the city.
Since 2007 Taman Mini Indonesia Indah launched new logo with branding slogan Pesona Indonesia ("Indonesian Charm").
Taman Impian Jaya Ancol

Taman Impian Jaya Ancol otherwise known as Ancol Dreamland is an integral part of Ancol Bay City, a resort destination located along Jakarta's waterfront, in Ancol Kelurahan, Pademangan, Indonesia.

It is owned by PT. Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk, a subsidiary of Pembangunan Jaya Group, who also manage the resort and develop housing estates along Jakarta Bay with PT Global Land Development Tbk, a subsidiary of PT Global Mediacom Tbk.

Ancol Dreamland opened in 1966 and is currently the largest integrated tourism area in South East Asia, boasting an international championship golf course, a theme park, hotels and other recreational facilities. There are 27 rides at Fantasy World, 8 pools at Atlantis Water Adventure and 8 shows at Ocean Dream Samudra.
Taman Safari Bogor

Taman Safari is located near the highway between Jakarta and Bandung, West Java. It is about 80 kilometres (50 mi) from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta and about 78 kilometres (48 mi) from Bandung. Taman Safari I with about 170 hectares (420 acres)[5] has around 2,500 animals, the majority of which are Indonesian, including Bengal tigers, Giraffe, Malayan Sun Bear, Orangutan, Hippo, zebra, cheetah, elephants, and komodos.

There are also many conserved faunas here, including the Bali Starling, a small white Mynah bird. The safari is a drive through and it is possible to be extremely close to all the animals. The animals can literally stick their heads in your vehicle if you do not keep your windows closed as advised.

Most of the herbivores can be fed vegetables from your vehicle though this is not condoned by the park and may result in scratches and dents from large animals like bulls and Blackbuck crowding your vehicle. Six wildlife shows are on property including a Wild West Show, Dolphin Show, and Elephant Show. Also, inside the amusement park section of Taman Safari are a few small rides and exhibits that include Humboldt Penguins, bats, nocturnal animals from Indonesia and India, wallaby, crocodiles, and kangaroos.

Camping and bungalows are available for guests who would like to pay to stay in the park overnight.[6] The zoo features a small petting zoo which is themed to look like the Taj Mahal. The petting zoo also includes photo areas where for a small fee guests can take pictures with various animals such as baby lions, tigers, and leopards.

Taman Safari's map that a guest receives at the front gate says "National Tourism Site Indonesian Center for Reproduction of Endangered Wildlife." This seems to be true as occasionally the animals can be seen mating by guests.
