Banks Banks in Jakarta are open from 08.15 to 15.00 Monday to Friday. Most banks are closed on weekends, however some banks in Jakarta especially in Shopping center open for limited hours on Saturday. Currency exchange facilities are available at the airport and most major hotels. Automatic teller machines (ATMs) are available at a wide variety of outlets, and in most city streets. |

Language Indonesian is spoken throughout Jakarta and English is the official language for the Meeting. |

Electricity The electrical supply is 220 volts, 50Hz. The connection for appliances is a flat, 2-pin plug. Most hotels provide 220 volt outlets for shavers. |

Tipping Service charges are not added to accounts by hotels and restaurants. You may tip hotel porters and restaurant wait-staff (up to 10% of the bill) if you wish to acknowledge exceptional service. At any time, tipping is your choice. |

Transport from the airport Taxis are readily available at International Sukarno Hatta Airport takes 40 minutes (longer during peak hours) to hotel. The Airport Link rail service runs all the time, seven days a week, between the Domestic and International Terminals. The Meeting does not provide any transfers from the airport to the Meeting venue or hotels. All delegates must make their own transport arrangements from the airport. |

Public Transport around Jakarta Jakarta�s public transport network allows easy travel around the city. Taxis can be hailed from the street, or engaged at taxi ranks throughout the city. Alternatively, use buses (busway)l. There are also direct trains from the city to many state-wide destinations. |
