The 2013 INASCRS Meeting will become the most important regional meeting not only for cataract and refractive surgeons but also for stakeholders Includes Optometrists, Opticians, Nurses, Ophthalmic Photographers / Technicians, Personnel of Eye Bank / Prevention of Blindness Organizations, etc.The Scientific Committee is planning a very comprehensive scientific program that will attract a large number of International and Local Speakers who contribute to what has become one of the most important educational events in the ophthalmological calendar.
